Bruised cervix?

The other night, my boyfriend and I were having sex and all of a sudden he got a lot rougher than he normally is and I started bleeding right after. I am on birth control (implant) and we were using a condom at the time. I stopped bleeding afterwards and thought maybe I was just spotting from the birth control. Later, after I thought I had stopped bleeding, we tried having sex again but as soon as we started, there was a decent amount of blood on the condom. No bleeding afterwards though. Later that night I started getting very painful lower abdominal cramps, and I am continuing to get them. Could this be a bruised cervix? Or does anyone have any ideas about what this could be?
