Line eyes or....

I felt pinching yesterday. Only lasted a few seconds but I was on the sofa and just watching tv so felt it like an electric shock or a needle poking me. Today I have a deep pulling sensation in my abdomen, no pain just feels like after I've done a few crunches/ sit ups but lower! I have a full blown cold and feel sick 😷. I only tested out of curiosity because I'm on cd12! I conceived my DD a few days after my period too (she's 3 now) I know this because it was the only time we didn't wear protection. We thought we were in the 'safe zone'.
