Ear cartilage pain while pregnant?
I'm still in my first trimester, but I'm officially not sleeping on my belly anymore, because it hurts, so I sleep on my sides 95% of the time. Recently I've had horrible ear cartilage pain and it hurts well into the day after waking up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Found anything for relief? The pain is so terrible.
