Anyone not been exercising and feeling guilty about it?
I have always been one of those people that wants to exercise, but can't stick to anything. I have a job where I sit all day and I know it's not good for me, but I'm terrible at self-motivating and making time to get up and do it.
In the beginning I started doing these prenatal Pilates videos which I really enjoyed, and my dr told me I should be taking 30 min walks every day. But then for the first half of my pregnancy I was so sick I couldn't even think about it. Then the rest of my second trimester I was crazy busy and didn't even think about it. And now in the third I'm so sore and tired and just don't want to. lol. I have a hard time even remembering to do my kegels.
I eat really healthy and haven't gained much weight, but I'm so nervous that delivery is going to be difficult bc I'm not in great shape! XD
