These images have recently been posted on social media by an artist and after receiving backlash they have tried to claim it as "staire"

I am familiar with the whole discourse around this particular artist. 
She claimed it was satire, but it turns out she is a massive TERF but keeps all that nastiness on a separate Tumblr blog.
I will look for that blog and post a link when I find it.

Source? I need to check this out myself before I say anything. There was no context or info given, so I'd say yes it's satire.
