White bumps on breasts?

I just noticed today that my areolas are bumpy with these small white bumps. Almost look like pimples. My nipples feel like they’re burning. 
Anyone else have these?

Had the exact same thing! Terribly terribly sore and tender till about 13 weeks!

They’re probably Montgomery Glands. It’s normal to have they secrete an oil to keep your nipple/areola lubricated. Don’t “pop” them. As for the burning, I’m not sure what that could be other than if you’ve been wearing course shirts and they’ve been rubbing your nipples. Happens to me sometimes.
