Ultrasound no baby seen

So I had a little spotting the other day when I thought I had made 6 weeks so I called my doctor and they had me come in and check me out. They gave me a trans vaginal and all she saw was my fibroid which sounds like it got bigger and she said she couldn’t see anything in there dealing with a baby but she says according to my lmp I’m only 5 weeks 3 days yesterday and itsprobably too early and it could be implantation bleeding....S o here is where I start worrying . My doctor then exams me and checks my cervix and she tells me my cervix is closed which is great but she said she seen some bacteria which may be causing the bleeding so I’m on meds for that. I’m currently in progesterone as well . So my first prenatal appt is supposed to be on Tuesday which I will be 6 weeks . Today I had brownish when I wiped but I knew I had to take it easy at work too which taking breaks and sitting down seems to stop the bleeding too... anybody have this happen especially with not seeing anything in the uterus and bleeding early that stopped
