i have 4 month old twins and heard their is buy one get one free at retailers. Which ones and what do I get?

I agree some stores (I'm in the US) offer twin discounts. But you have to buy two of the same item to get the discount. Like two cribs, two car seats etc.. would love to know about free stuff though 😀 each store the discount is different.
