Do you guys count how many weeks you are from the due date given or measurement of baby?

Due 
may 17 which would make me 9 weeks 1 day  transvaginal done at 8 weeks 5 days ( 2days ago) but baby was measured at 8 weeks one day so she said It was off a few days. Do you guys count how many weeks you are from the due date given or measurement of baby?

I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks 3 days and baby measured 2 days bigger at 11 weeks 5 days so my due date moved up from April 23 to April 21.

from my last period... I went in for an ultrasound at what I thought was 9 weeks and a day... turns out I was 8 weeks and 4 days.   When I went to my 18 week ultrasound they told me he was measuring a week ahead and same at the 25 week one. but the last 2 don't change my due date as bbays start growing at different paces now.... you will always go by the dating scan done around 8-11 weeks as at this stage it is the most accurate reading of how far along you are as all baby's are roughly the same size at this stage of pregnancy and gives a better idea how far along you actually are.
