I don't like this feeling

I'm 7w and my first app isn't until November 7th. Such a long wait because I had some insurance issues and that's the earliest date I can go in. At first my boobs were SOO sore and I had back pains and mild cramping. All completely normal. Now my boobs don't hurt as bad, havnt had any cramps recently, and my back feels fine. Just feel headaches and dizzy spells. My biggest fear is a missed miscarriage. I wish my doctors appointment wasn't so far so my mind can be at ease!! Advice anyone
