Ovulation Test Results

Today is cycle day 11 for me. Yesterday morning I noticed some light stretchy, egg white CM so I decided to take an opk. The test line was definitely there but not quite as dark as the control line. Husband and I BD’d that afternoon around 3. I took another test immediately afterwards and test line was almost as dark as control line. I decided to test one more time around 6 before I went in for work and the line was so faint it was barely there. I tested twice today and they have been the same way. I’m so confused. Does that mean my LH surge occurred that quickly or is there something wrong with my tests? I bought a box of the cheap tests from amazon.
