Confused and Frustrated

Okay So my AF was due like a month ago, so I'm late, by a lot, every test I've taken (I'm obsessive so I took a crap ton) are all negative, but still no AF. I have really horrible constipation, and my boobs are sore, but that's it. no other real signs. I'm frustrated because my obgyn won't help us figure out if anything is wrong with my body until we have been trying for a year, but I had a miscarriage when I was 18, was on bc for about two years, been off it for a year and my periods havent been the same, usually they are a few weeks to two months late, and I explained all this and she still said wait a year, it's really hard to track my cycle when my periods are so crazy, my last period I was using opks and it said I was ovulating, so I know at least when I do have af I am ovulating. I'm so frustrated, I really thought maybe this time was going to be it.
