I had absolutely no symptoms other than my period was late. And even then I had negative tests until I was already 5 weeks pregnant. Everyone is different.

No major symptoms in those 2 weeks but I had a cramp or feeling of pinching around my navel. I definitely visited bathroom much often and I associated it with cold weather. 
I started liking pickles which I generally don't. 
I had an increased appetite and I felt like eating whole day. 
Sore boobs but I generally have it around my periods.

sore breasts was my first symptom with my chemical pregnancy and then with my son around 10dpo. af is currently due today and I've had sore breasts for a few days. no AF yet and the faintest positive test. so faint I'm not ready to believe it lol so sore breasts seem to be a tell tale sign for me.
