Help!

Hi ladies I'm wondering if anyone is in the same boat or has had similar experiences. For background my husband and I had ttc naturally for over a year and a half with no luck. Went to dr and he checks out fine. I don't have pcos but dr thinks I have poly cystic like ovaries and possibly not actually ovulating every month even though I always get positive opk. Round 1 of clomid in April gave me my first ever BFP in May but unfortunately no baby ever grew. Round 2 in August bfn and just finished round 3 last month with AF arriving yesterday. My question or hope for getting info would be what next? My dr said we may now switch to a different medication but I would like to be as aggressive as possible. Is there anything I should push for or suggest to my dr that we want to try? Thanks for reading!
