How to recover deleted internet history?

Please can someone tell me how to recover deleted internet history on a new Samsung phone? Long story short I've been with my partner for about 6-7 years.. and in that time I realised my partner had/has a problem with porn. Like I'm all for people who include porn in their relationship, but I'm not for it. 
I'm religious and don't believe it's right for MY relationship. I explained early on in my relationship how I felt and I gave my bf an opportunity to be honest with me.. but his lied to be time and time again. This is the last straw.. i feel like an idiot believing that he doesn't look at porn anymore. I know that some women will attack me for this, but I'm falling apart. I just want to be with a man that doesn't want to look at porn and I know there's men out there like this. Please don't attack me.. I've spoke about putting an internet history tracker on my partners phone and he said that's fine.. but he honestly knows I'm not the best with technology so I think that's why his so cool with it. I have a feeling his deleting his history because when I check his internet history I see pop up for nasty stuff.. and it's just pop ups, like there's no internet history before the pop ups, so it doesn't look good. I guess I'll be single soon 🤷‍♀️

Yeah don't go through the trouble. If he agreed to not watch porn for you anymore and still does it especially to the point where your saying he has a problem with it then you need to leave.

Honestly I don’t think you can recover something that’s been deleted. But don’t sit here and feel bad that you don’t approve of porn in your relationship. You should not put up with something you don’t like. Especially if you have already explained this to him in the beginning. He had a chance to walk away then. Porn has become such a regular thing these days everyone thinks it’s fine and normal. Which is why so many women have many insecurities about themselves because porn portrays womens’ bodies to look a certain way, and to make men think that if we don’t want to do something they see on porn that we’re not “freaky” like they are. It makes everyone think that half the things they do are normal. Now some women don’t care and even watch it with them, and that’s fine. But don’t beat yourself up because you don’t approve of it. There is nothing wrong with that. If you think he can’t give it up for someone he claims to love then there’s the issue. Either he stops or you just walk away 🤷🏻‍♀️

Honestly at this point you should probably just not be in a relationship anymore. Men & women look at porn. Our human biology is wired to be sexual. We all imagine porn in our minds even if we don’t watch it on tv or the internet. There is no stopping it. You can’t invade his privacy or his thoughts. Since this is causing you that much stress then it seems like you might not be able to really handle a relationship right now. Even if you find a guy that says he doesn’t look at porn can you really trust him 100% that he’s telling the truth?

Hey, there’s actually a page on Facebook for partners of porn addicted spouses. It’s a Christian group! You are going to find so much more support and healing on there... this place is the worst place to ask for advice, everyone is very judgmental and will call you crazy (which you are NOT!) please look it up when/if you have the time.
