mine were really sore boobs and nipples!! which only happen a couple of days before my period and this was about a week and a half laso i would get dizzy 2 times a day or so and i had looooooots of gas like 24/7 !!!😂😂

The same signs you get for ovulation, pms, period, and some illnesses all are synonymous with pregnancy signs/symptoms. So fatigue, cramps, sore breasts, heartburn, indigestion, hot flashes, mild fever, nausea, sensitive gag reflex, vomiting, heightened sense of smell, and many many more. 
My only signs I was pregnant were indigestion (never had it before) and sore/full breasts (but sore breasts are common for me before my period so I thought my period was coming).
