Pleas help

So ladies I need some advice. AF is 22 days late. I went to the doctor on Oct 9th and they did a urine test and it came back negative. Well the females in my family have a history of not showing on urine tests so she had me get blood work done yesterday and I go back on Nov 6th. Well she told me not to take any hpt until after I go back. Well I decided to take one just a few minutes ago for shits and giggles. The picture that is attached was at the 3 min mark.
