I want some form of contraception, because i am not ready to get pregnant (and won't be anytime soon). I'm fairly active and really don't want to deal with something with crazy side effects.

I'm on nexplanon and honestly its the best thing I've ever experienced. I got it when I was 17 and I totally stopped bleeding all together.

The pill had a ton of side effects! There is a iud that doesn't have hormones to make you have side effects

I have Nexplanon and I'm currently thinking about making an appointment to have it taken out. i wouldn't recommend it. Although my periods have been super light, my first one after getting it lasted for months. I've had it since May and just when I thought my body might be getting used to it the cycle repeated. Also it has made me extremely emotional.
