Should I get on birth control?
My period is super super irregular and when I do get it the first day I'm usually laid up in bed cause my cramps are so bad that I can't move. My emotions are everywhere. Like I get super anxious and depressed whenever my period comes around. Should I get on birth control? Also how would I convince my mom? She's pretty strict and she's probably gonna think I just want it cause I'm having sex or something
