I didn't know I was pregnant

I was officially pregnant the 2nd week in April and I'm due January 7th 2018. I went 3 months without knowing I was pregnant. On April 28th my mom had to take me to the hospital for extreme back pains, ( we had just moved to a new town so I didn't have a doctor and before we had so much going on I never had time to go to the doctor) but they didn't tell me I was pregnant, my nurse only told me I had a UTI so should I maybe take this further as in get a lawyer involved or just let it go?

Apart me thinks maybe if I would've found out earlier my ex bf/bd would've talked me into abortion because when I told him that's the first thing he mentioned and he is well off but me not so much I've been through struggles and still going through them but I'm very lucky that I have a healthy baby boy and I'm happy. My family and friends are so supportive.
