Period?

I started what I thought was my period yesterday during sex. I was 2 days late and still hadn’t started so me and the hubby had sex but halfway through I was bleeding a lot but it was like for less than a minute. It was bright red. It got all over the bed sheets and his penis, to which he freaked out at, and by the time I wiped the blood off him and me and put a pad on, it was like over. Ever since then its been old blood and spotty. And zero cramps. Wasn’t even cramping when I was bleeding. Any ideas as to why this happened and if anyone thinks I could possibly be pregnant? Or just stupid body hating me cuz of pcos?
