Pain when going #2?

Sorry for tmi ladies, but I’ve been having some serious upper stomach cramps when I go to the bathroom. I go from being constipated for 2 days to not being able to stop. The cramps are so bad that they make me want to vomit. Anyone having a similar issue?

Tonight I got cramps a hot flash and almost passed out figured out that my blood pressure dropped really low I went into the bathroom and threw cold water as many places as I could and I started sweating profusely and then went to the bathroom it took 20 mins to feel better first time that has happened before

you need a prenatal with a probiotic. I have one from Target called rainbow light and it has a probiotic and my pregnancy is soo much better this time.
