Stomach pains!

For the past few week or so I have been experiencing stomach ache/ cramps. When I was prego with my daughter I remember thinking I had a stomach ache a few weeks before finding out. I took pepto bismol to help which I know when pregnant your not suppose to take bc I use to work in ob/gyn offices but at the time had no idea I was prego! These seem to be similar to those pains if I remember correctly! I not sure if I'm just having stomach issues or this might be the start of a early pregnancy. I'm not. late for another week on my cycle so to early to test! I don't want to get my hopes up bc I have pcos so I'm not sure if I ovulated! We are trying for more childrif possible!
