Morning nausea help!
Let me start by saying I've been fortunate; I haven't puked. But this week (my 7th) morning sickness has gotten me. I'm a big weenie when it comes to throwing up so I just really want to do what I can to avoid it.
What foods did you force feed yourself during the first trimester to snap yourself out of the nausea? I'm a teacher so I have to be "on" starting at 8:30 everyday. I've been on fall break this week as it has hit me and I'm not ready for Monday morning! 🙈
So far a bagel with cream cheese has worked well but I just need some more ideas. Thanks!
