stopped nice ring
I stopped nuvaring last month and didn't have a period till like a week ago which was weird lasted only 5 days and not very heavy... now this week I'm experiencing cramps like crazy... I thought maybe I was dehydrated and causing the cramps very confused by this because I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it said negative. anyone else experience something similar to this that maybe able to offer advice? thanks
