Having a nightmareish time

My lo is 13.5 months and for about two weeks completely skipped her second nap despite my best efforts. It was miserable for both of us. Now I've begun transitioning her to one nap. So far its been hell. She gets up just before 7 and I take her up to nap at 10:30 or 10:45 but now its taking me 45mins+ to get her to sleep and she screams at bedtime ... she isn't used to being awake that long in between but now im wondering if im doing the wrong thing. I know 13 months is on the early side for a nap drop but she also dropped her third nap early too ... I think ahe maybbe getting her molars, could it be she was fighting naps because of that!? I am so confused.
