My fiancé has a conference he might need to go to for his job it’s optional, the conference is Nov 3-7 I’m due November 19. Do you think that is cutting it close?

Depends how far- if he can leave and be home in less than 2-3 hours I’d say it’s probably safe. If not it may be too close to your due date.
