How did you know you were going into labor?

I've been having contractions on and off and I am curious how those who have already had baby knew it was time to go to the hospital. Thanks ❤

I had irregular contractions the entire day before, thought they were Braxton Hicks. At midnight they started coming regularly. My water didn't break, the dr broke it about half an hr before he came.

I started having false contractions .. and want to the er a day before my due date and they sent me home so.. the next day the day I was due I went back and they ended up keeping me over night and inducing me.. my doctor was over an hour late cause she was  busy eating cake down the hall.

I was having Braxton Hicks so I kept thinking I was going into labor but nope. My real labor contractions started off painless just uncomfortable. But when they started getting stronger I KNEW. The contractions were FAR DIFFERENT than Braxton Hicks
