Red raspberry leaf tea?

Question

Has anyone had any luck with using red raspberry leaf tea to help strengthen the cervix? I have seen it all over online but I'm wondering if it actually helps or not.

Ive never heard of it doing anything for the cervix but its supposed to help tone the uterus so when you go into labour the contractions are more efficient.... ive been drinking it since 34 weeks and i'm 37+1 now

I have only gone through labour and delivery once so I have nothing to compare it too but I drank it with my daughter and had a fairly easy labour and my uterus did exactly what it needed to do so I’m drinking it again this time in hopes that it did help!

I took the capsule last week (950 mg) and it made me feel very weird. I was so jittery and kind of felt out of it. I want to take it again but am a little hesitant.
I also took one capsule of the EPO and lost part of my mucous plug a day later. I am 36 weeks so I decided to wait until I'm closer to 38 weeks to take more! I want to make it til November!
