frequent pelvic pain

So im 5w2d & ive been having frequent pelvic pain .. on a scale from 1-10 , the pain is about 7 & 8 sometimes .. last year i miscarried when i was about 6 weeks & i had the same pain before i miscarried! any suggestions on what i should do ? i dont have an ultrasound till next month ! help please !
