Please help!!!

I went for an ultrasound on Monday and found out my due date is June 3 according to the baby’s measurements. We saw and heard baby’s healthy heartbeat at 124 bests a minute. Well I’ve had some bright red spotting the last couple days, no clots or anything but I decided to go into the er to get checked out anyways. The dr did blood work a pelvic exam and an ultrasound. He said my cervix is irritated and he thinks that’s where the spotting is coming from. But when he did the ultrasound he couldn’t find the baby at all. Just What looks like an empty sac. My hcg levels are 86222. Is that even possible that in 6 days the baby I just saw and heard could just disappear. Has anybody else gone through this? Please I am kinda freaking out.
