Sex and The Virgin

So I recently started dating this guy I work with. We've known each other since early July but just started dating on September 29. He's 26 and a virgin. I'm 19 and my body count is 2... Well the other night we were making out and all over each other in his bed and it got to the point where we both wanted to have sex. He's a virgin, like I said before, and I really don't want to be the one to take that away from him if he agrees to sex after marriage (not really common anymore).... He said he wants to do it fr but I'm afraid he's thinking with something else, ya know? I'm not sure what to do really... I need some advice...
