so im 13 weeks and i had eaten a bit today but started to get hungry at work and all of a sudden came over nauseous and shaking like mad .... finished my shift came home had a sugary soda drink and im fine now .... is this normal?

Sounds like your blood sugar was low. Happens to me a lot. I have hypoglycemia and pregnancy can make it worse. Just make sure to have snacks throughout the day
