Fmla question
I just started a new job. Before I got this job me and my husband decided to try for baby 2 so I got off birth control. You don’t qualify for Fmla unless you have been working for 12 months for same company. So I worry if I get pregnant then what we would do, so my question is if anyone knows or has been in a similar situation where you didn’t get Fmla so what did you do instead of it?
