TTC & breastfeeding.
Hello, We have been trying to conceive for 4 months and I'm breastfeeding. I have no idea if I ovulate. If so, I have no idea when I do. How should I find out? What works best for you guys? I haven't had a period at all since I'm breastfeeding. I pump for work. And she uses bottle and pacifiers. What can I do? Also, we aren't sure if he has good sperm or if he has enough. I need help!
