SKIN HELP !!!

Ladies I really need help these “risens, bumps, dark spots” idk what to call them 🤷🏽‍♀️ what I can say it’s like sometimes they form really big invisible bumps under my skin and sometimes visible bumps, although I can feel both they appear on my inner thighs and butt I don’t know what to use because they leave dark spots after they finally go back down I feel embarrassed 😞 and I don’t like feeling like that even around my boyfriend and they won’t go away. Some people recommended AMBI. So I bathed and used AMBI soap and the cream for about a year now and it does not work at all it worked with some dark coloring but since the bumps come back it doesn’t help 😭😭
