Getting a tattoo while on your period?

Good idea or bad one? Not deciding on what tattoo during it. I've had one picked out for years. But actually getting it done. Will it be more sensitive? I haven't gotten a tattoo in almost a decade

I got a 3 1/2 tattoo on it. I didn’t notice anything different. I don’t like to eat being on my period but I had to force myself to eat something. But nothing else was different.

Yes you'll be more sensitive, and it will hurt more, but it's not unbearable. If you go through with it drink plenty of water and get extra rest. I never schedule tattoos while af is supposed to show up, I just get drained easier, it's more painful, and I have to stop to go to the bathroom more (I usually get bigger prices that take a few hours).
