Help late by two months

My period is now 59 days overdue and I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.

My issue is I've had negative pregnancy test x 2 just the at home ones. I'll go doctors and get a blood test soon but I have no idea what's happening I have endo and pcos but the last 2 months I've barely had any pain which is rare. Only issues have been a sore lower back and nausea to the extreme! I did have 1 day of the lightest bleeding ever over 45 days ago.

Any idea what this is I'm so confused!!!!!
