Sooo a little TMI

This is the second time this has happened to me since I've been with my fiancé. I've had a swollen glan (I assume that's what it was) on the inside of my vagina on the wall. Now it's BACK. You can't see it from looking but you can feel it. It's right on the inside on the left. It hurts so bad to have sex that I can't even do it. And it only hurts when it's getting touched. If my man is trying to go in it'll burn and hurt until it gets really wet in there then he can only move it in and out a little bit. But I seriously start crying when he comes to far out or goes to fast and ect. Does anyone know what this could be or someone I can get it to go down? Last time it was a swollen glan but I was able to get it to go away.
