Question I Need Advice & Support😭

I’m 9+1 this is my first pregnancy so I’m freaking out completely. I’m having some discharge. I found out I was pregnant when I was abt 7 weeks. When I wore black panties or wiped when I went to the bathroom I noticed that I had white discharge it was kinda thick but then again watery just wanted to ask you ladies is that normal my first appointment is tomorrow and I’m nervous bc if something’s wrong I don’t know how I’ll be able to take it. I get nauseous sometimes and my breast are still sore and I can’t eat much bt as many apps as I have and as much as I’ve been reading these miscarriage story’s have completely taken over my mind! 😭 And I want to cry bc I’m TERRIFIED!!!
