How long after intercourse?

Okay DH is only available during the day which means we are BDing then - how long after Bding should i lay on my back to increase chances of conception - I mean at night it’s not a problem cause I’d be asleep anyway ... or does it not make any difference

It doesn’t make a difference. It just makes people feel better. If it did help at all, we’d all have been doing it and gotten pregnant within the first few attempts. Sperm gets where it needs to be in seconds so there’s no need to keep semen up inside you unless you want to throw off your ph and possibly get an infection.
