Anyone else with PCOS?

Just diagnosed with PCOS today, which I suspected I had but now that I’m diagnosed I’m kind of upset. I have a 4 year old daughter since having her I have not had a period and my husband and I are TTC. Doctor still wants to do a Pelvic ultrasound to see my ovaries and I’m currently on day #8 of taking Provera so trying to see if I’ll get a bleed from that. I really just want my baby to have a sibling. Overwhelmed now. Can anyone tell me their PCOS story and the steps they took to conceive?
