I'm so scared
I woke up this morning because I had to pee so bad. as I was done and wiping I was left with a soaked piece of toilet paper in dark red blood. I am 14 weeks and 6 days with twins and so scared that there is something wrong. I have had light spotting in the past that was brown but never this much or this red. I have a Dr appt this afternoon so they can take a look. anyone ever had this happen to them? any input is much appreciated.
