A fail proof way to guarantee no menstrual cup leaks?

In your experience, what keeps your cup from leaking? I'm not talking about emptying it often enough. I mean the placement and security part.

You need to make sure the cup has opened up all the way and isn’t crooked. Usually you hear a little suction or a pop when it’s opened all the way. Use a finger to go around the bottom/edge, feel for openings.

I get it in there and make sure the seal is proper. If the cup caves in at all, it's not right. I turn the cup until I can feel the seal occurs. In the beginning, I didn't get it quite right - within taking a few steps, I'd feel the cup pop open, creating the seal.

Stick your finger in and check that your cervix opening is in there! The cup should be round and not folded
