is this a "wonder week" ??!!!!

oooookay.... first off, Liam is is 6 months old today. NORMALLY he's a happy baby. hes fussy only if he gets over tired but even then he settles easily. falls asleep easily. eats well. predictable routine usually.

last three days he has been a cranky little unhappy dude and mamas head is spinning.

he still wants to nap every 2 or 3 hours like normal but NOW gets fussy way before nap time. and is hard to please. wants you to be giving him attention 24/7. Then he is happy and by attention I mean playing peek-a-boo or pat-a-cake or playing with toys or flying him around like an airplane or singing and dancing, basically not taking your eyes off of him the whole day when he's awake. you get the picture.

some of his sleep has been Disturbed. Last night he did sleep from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. without waking. But the night before he woke to eat two times and then wanted to stay awake after. he also "yells". aka- playing with a spoon at meal time but drops it and if you don't give it back within 8 seconds he screams. until you give it back. (repeat 50x) and it's the same with any toy etc he drops or can't reach or whatever.

in addition, hes napping at odd times, sometimes he wants to nap 45 min after waking from last nap. or some wake times he's just cranky on/off. for no reason really.

in the past we haven't really had an issue with this wonder weeks thing. haven't noticed a big difference during those times that were to be "wonder weeks "

he'd just be a little fussy bwtwen nap times and it ended there.

anyone wlaw go thru this yet?

it seems we're on day 3-4. bc at first I wasnt sure what was going on. but now we're on day 3/4 of the same thing. .

oh yay... his nap is over and hes just as cranky now as he was 2 hrs ago when he fell asleep.

edit : up for 5 minutes and back to sleep. I think he just wasnt ready to wake up and his dads being loud with folding the laundry. aaargh!!! I just wanna yell, stop shaking the jeans out for now!!!
