How to stop cosleeping??

I’ve been cosleeping with my week old baby. He won’t sleep in his pack and play. I’ve tried swaddling him but it doesn’t work! I want my bed back, please help!

You could try a rock and play instead of the pack n play?? Or get something like a snuggle nest that goes in the bed with you that your baby will still be next to you but not attached to you? Lol idk it’s hard because they are used to being inside of us and then all of a sudden they aren’t and don’t know how to handle it.

I gotta follow this one. My child will sleep nowhere except on me. Doesn't even like to be set down if she's awake.

It took us a few weeks to get our baby into the bassinet. She slept in a laundry basket on the foot of our bed for a couple weeks first. She still cosleeps some in the night/morning.
