Totally your choice to drink this tea, but I would strongly recommend reading evidence based articles rather than reading blogs/getting opinions. I was going to try all the methods (ex: Evening Primrose oil and Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, until I researched evidence based articles). Just want you to make a knowledgeable decision. I’ve drank it since before I got pregnant and drink it almost daily since. I’m 26 weeks now and just started religiously drinking one cup of pregnancy tea and one cup of raspberry leaf tea a day. I’ll go up to three cups a day at about 32 weeks. Its not meant to bring on labor just help he process and tone your uterus.

Thanks for the input! I saw someone say it induced their labor so I just thought I’d make a poll to see what everyone thought. I don’t plan on drinking the tea based off of random posts I’ve read so don’t worry about that. I’m not one to do something without real research.
