Early pregnancy
Has anyone every had really bad cramps during the first trimester? I'm 6 weeks 3 days and I'm in so much pain, I'll be fine for the majority of the day and then it just hits me. I don't know what's causing it but at first I thought it might just be gas but now I'm worried because I actually cried from how much pain it caused
