Cramping and a faint positive...

I'm so scared right now. I had a stillbirth at 23, and just recently got married this year at 31. I've been diagnosed with & unexplained infertility and also endo & had a lap & my tubes flushed in June. This was followed by 3 cycles of no success so we tried clomid last month. Yesterday (13dpo) around 3 I used a cheapy hpt & saw a clear but very faint line. This morning (14dpo), second urine, I used a clear blue plus which was more easily seen but still a pretty faint positive. I called my Dr and they said "a line is a line", they scheduled me in for 6 weeks; with my history, combined with a bicornuate uterus, I'm almost automatically high risk. I picked up a pink FRER test & clear blue digital test today to use tomorrow morning. But Ive been cramping on and off for days and almost constantly today - this is scaring me SOOOO much. If you cramped around the time your period was due AND got a bfp, I'd love some insight on how that turned out. I'm trying to be patient and test in the morning & realize I have no control over what happens, but Lord I wish I wasn't cramping, and that blue tests were more reliable.
