Are Nextflix shows like "Narcos" and "Queen of the South", romanticizing the selling of drugs?

Im so addicted to these shows, but I have heard kids jokingly say that they are dressing up like Pablo Escobar. Also I have read that when tourist go to Columbia, they are wanting to talk with locals about Escobar,when to the locals, it isnt something they care to highlight. What do you think?

They literally show Pablo extremely isolated and depressed and then killed. Th actor is sexy as fuck so that makes it sexual for me lol. But does it make me want to date a drug lord? No.

I've only seen Narcos out of those but no... most of the characters die disgusting deaths. They are in hiding and can't trust anyone (from both sides). If anything, makes me not want to visit there. Also, since while filming Narcos season 4, someone got killed by the Mexican cartel while scouting locations 😞. The show will be canceled if its too dangerous for them.
